Due to the ongoing pandemic it has just been announced that the celebrated Le Mans Classic has been postponed until July 2022.
It comes as little surprise that this highly popular event, that now attracts nearly 200,000 spectators, has been postponed. The ‘Classic’ will now take place either on the 1st or 2nd weekend of July 2022. The exact date being announced this coming September. However, the normally biennial event sees us all receiving a double dose while they play ‘catch up’. The Classic will be held two years in a row; the 2022 edition being followed the next year with a ‘Le Mans 24 Hours’ centenary Le Mans Classic celebration.
